Northwest Diesel Power was excellent to work with. James, the technician, installed the Volvo low-speed option on my D6 440 in an Aspen C-120, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. No delays, no hassles, and the work was done professionally. James really knows the Volvo equipment, and I would ask for him by name. This place charges double for its volvo parts and they don't have user friendly mechanics like some of the places nearby, changed my steering hoses and serpentine pully and charged 4500$, then they didn't install the correct spacer causing sparks from chaffing, also didn't install the hoses correctly so the steering fluid was leaking all over, beware sorry I'm using my nephews account my name is wendell Martin, bottom line is that there are shops in town that do way better work and quicker and don't cut corners
The mechanics Bruce and Charlie are the best in the biz. I can't thank them, (and the whole team) enough for their hard work, and patience. Professional, knowledgeable, the greatest people I've ever met. Thank you NW Diesel.
