They were probably great, but they no longer exist. I tried to call, and the phone is disconnected. I also drove over to their location. Tumbleweeds... The property is for sale.
I am interested in purchasing parts for my 2nd Gen Cummins. When I researched reviews for this company AI reported positive customer service. When I attempted to build my shopping cart it would not allow me to put more than one item in the cart. When I activated a chat session, no help. I guess it was a blessing in disguise, when I checked Goggle reviews, it validates my experience. I wouldn't get involved with this company.
DO NOT order from this company. I have tried calling multiple times and get sent to voicemail. I have left multiple messages and have even emailed and have heard nothing back. The customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. I have been in customer service my entire life and have never dealt with such an unprofessional business. By far the worst customer service to exist, i have called 10 times left multiple voicemails and no one answers or returns calls. If they reply to this review and say they never received calls from me i have a screen shot of the amount of time I’ve called with no answer. This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered a $300 intake and needed to change my address and i can’t even get ahold of anyone.
