I had a physical and requested a vaccination. I was told the vaccination was not covered by my insurance. I inquired as to the cost and was told approximately $50. I said I would pay that and received the vaccination. When I checked out the cost was $58.11, which I paid with my debit card. I later received a notice that I had an additional charge for this vaccination. I inquired why there was an additional charge. I was told it had to do with insurance.
