Terrible customer service!! I scheduled a doctor appointment 4 weeks in advance with my doctor that had just relocated to this facility. Three days before my appointment I was told that my doctor visit wasn't covered by my Tricare insurance. Then I was told that I would have to reach out to Tricare and get it straightened out with them.
