I've been with them thru 3 moves. I thought this last one would improve things BUT BOY WAS I WRONG. When Fillman retires, I'm gone. Parking sucks. They went from over 12 handicap spaces to 4. Exam rooms are micro size. No changing rooms for radiology. Old location had 12 restrooms from entrance to exam room, new has 1 - WITH NO MAINTENANCE so be aware (use down stairs bathroom it's better but still has no maintenance) Staff used to be friendly but I think they are hearing so many complaints they have become very reserved. Dr Youngblood is easy to talk to, makes me feel like a fro8
I was in and out very quickly for a same day appointment, even having had an X-ray. The doctor was very kind and thorough. There was an insurance issue with one of my prescriptions, and that was handled quickly as well.
