Recommendedthe drs. and staff are great....waiting time is minamal, dr. spends time with you...you are rushed in and out.
If you go in to Northwest Diagnostic Clinic for an annual wellness checkup with a 0 copay...DO NOT SPEAK! If your doctor ask how’s everything going...even if there is an issue...DO NOT MENTION IT! If you say anything, or cough as I did, the dr will say “let me look in your nose and ears”, then he/she will log this visit as a medical visit...you then will be charged a $110.09 office visit fee! Very unprofessional group.. All afternoon gossiping about inappropriate subjects out in the open in front of patients waiting for their appointment.. Heard two different customers complaining about appointments that set for wrong time one guy 5 times in a row.. Maybe they need to pay attention to thier patients instead of gossiping...
I must say on 10/26, I had the worst ever experience with a Doctor's Office. I had a 10:30am appointment with Dr. Ogidan as a new patient. I called at 10:21 to let them know I was going to be late and was told by the scheduling group that I had until 10:45 or I would be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. I was able to make to the floor by 10:43 and had to wait even though there was a lady behind the desk that left as I stood in line that gathered up her things and said Happy Hump Day, Ladies as she left the receptionist area.
