If I could leave a negative star rating I would. My daughter's team participated in a state level cheerleading competition last week and this was the vendor making the competition merchandise. Our entire team bought apparel only to realize on the back of the shirts and sweatshirt there were more errors than one can count. Team names were wrong, "Warriors" added to just about every team name inplace of the actual team name, town and team names spelt wrong, towns added multiple times. Worst company to do business with placed an order on March 9th and i still waiting for it. My child’s event has come and past and still nothing. I called to inquire about my order they created a shipping label with in 20 minutes after calling and it has not moved since. Funny thing is I live in the same city they are shipping from. This is the second time having to purchase products with them ( no other option) and every time it has been a nightmare.
I placed an order online a month ago for a shirt from the state track and field championship that my daughter competed in, and I still haven't received it. It took forever in order to get a reply from someone (after 2 emails, a phone call, and message on facebook) as to what was going on with the order. The reply I got was that it was going to be another 3-4 WEEKS until it ships. 2 months for a single shirt? I paid $50 for this shirt.
