Dr Woolner refused to treat my skin cancer on my face after him removing my lesion on my nose and left a glaring lesion on my cheek because I was too old and already had bone/breast cancer he also said if I was 50 yrs old he would treat me

I’ve been coming to Northwest Dermatology and Laser for nearly two years. Dr. Chia is truly wonderful, extremely diligent, caring, and professional in every aspect of his work. I’ve always appreciated the care I’ve received from him. However, I’ve become increasingly concerned about the front desk staff. I see Dr. Chia and his nurse Samantha..! They have been 110% the greatest for each appt... Got me and my son in for an appt in a timely manner... And each visit each month with just PNE week notice... Dr. Chia is kind and really listens to your needs... Also really listened to me for my 4 year old son... Samantha is a wonderful super bubbly nurse... I feel comfortable calling her or asking her questions in person and she is straightforward with answers..! Great team..!
I have been trying to get a long term rash dealt with for many years. I have tried two other dermatologists in Canada and they both let me down, telling me it was just eczema and I should use a steroid cream the rest of my life. I kept going to try to get an actual solution or diagnosis and I'm glad I did. It took a while to get an appt, but that's true of every dermatologist I have seen.
