Dr Chia is nice to deal with.
My first visit, and unfortunately, not a great experience. Jennifer at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I was scheduled for 10:10 a.m. and ended up waiting about 40 minutes. When I politely asked if there was any update because it had been quite a wait, her response was, “It’s normal to wait at a specialist,” in a very dismissive and condescending tone. I've been going to NW Dermatologist for a few years now. I'm Dr Woolner's patient for a medical condition and I get treatment at the cosmetic department with Tammi. The service has always been amazing. The reason I'm writing the review now is because I had a problem with the credit card charges and the whole team dealt with professionally and fast. Thank you to the team Once again: thank you NW Dermatology team for your amazing care.
I wish I could write two separate reviews: Dr. Chia is amazing. What a gift that I found this doctor who is a kind compassionate listener who came up with terrific treatment. 5 stars for Dr. Chia. The reception staff, not so great. The woman who sits on the right, short hair, glasses, accent, is downright condescending and the other one is nearly as bad. 1 star for reception staff.
