I've been a patient of Dr. Jill's for years and I trust her completely, which is a big deal for someone terrified of dentists after some bad experiences. When I broke a tooth just before I had to go out of town for work and they told me I'd have to see Dr. Rachel (who I've never met so I was all but having a meltdown), I reluctantly agreed.
