This place is amazing!!! They made the entire experience less stressful. I use to dread the dentist but this place is changing my mind slowly lol.
Yesterday I took my mother, who is elderly, in for treatment for a cavity she had. Not only did she receive excellent care, Dr. Bingham noticed she was shivering (she is tiny) and even took the extra step to bring in a blanket for her to keep her as comfortable as possible during her care. I could not be more grateful.
Dr. Bingham always addresses my concerns and is a truly talented dentist. The Northwest Dental office is state of the art, and they always put me at ease. I’m glad I found a dental practice I can rely on.
By far the BEST dental clinic I've ever been to in my life!!! The staff are so friendly and compassionate and Dr. Cook is just absolutely amazing! It's clear that he truly cares about his patients, which I feel is a rare quality in a dentist these days. A 5 star rating just doesn't seem to cover what a wonderful experience we had here! Editing this review to add that we saw Dr. Bingham today and he's amazing as well! Best staff and dentists in the valley!
My cleaning itself went well and the staff were kind overall, but I did want to mention one thing that felt uncomfortable. I was asked multiple times by the dental assistant if I was pregnant — even after I answered no the first time. I completely understand needing to ask once before an X-ray, but continuing to ask or assume throughout the appointment after that (especially when I mentioned I was sick and had a cold sore) but still for some reason automatically attributing those symptoms to pregancy felt unnecessary and hon... read more
