I very strange experience with this company. I arranged a site visit to support receiving a proposal for a large deck project. The company President met with me and was very engaged during the visit. A week later I emailed to ask if a proposal was forthcoming. The President replied “I am actually a bit surprised that you don’t have a bid yet”. About a week later I sent an email asking if they will be submitting a proposal. No response and the company voicemail will not accept messages.
Called and scheduled a quote for a deck replacement and extension. They came out, took measurements, and was told they would have the quote done up and emailed. 4 weeks later, and still no quote. Have not responded to an email follow up or voicemails.

The deck replacement went great. They showed up on time each day, kept me well informed of the progress and cleaned up each afternoon before leaving. The new deck is beautifully done, on time and very close to the estimated price. This is an impressive company that's wonderful to work with.
