Don't ever think of dealing with this business, he promised 5 times to come and look at my land I need seeded, finally showed up after 5 calls and then promised to have a estimate the next day. Nine days later still no estimate and then finally called after I left him a message to at least call me and tell me what he as going to do. He called and said "I can't help you sorry" and hung up. Outstanding Business – Did everything I asked. Price was fair and all was discussed before work was done. Clearing and pasture development. Haying and fencing. Grading and excavating. Excellent service all the way around. I have several large acreage properties in Spokane and Stevens counties. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Best Service and Product Available – Excellent service and product. I have used them for years and will continue for years to come. They are a pleasure to work with on all counts. Their product is top notch. I have bought hay from them in the past and continue to supplement our needs. They have established and maintained (spraying and fertilizing, etc.) our pastures and cut and bale our hay. Horrible Customer Service!!! – After waiting for 4 hours passed orginal appointment and calling several times to find out if they were going to show I finally got a call back but it was only to tell me to never call again and then hung up on me. All Jim needed to do was say "We're sorry for wasting your whole day and we'll be there soon" He lost a customer who had cash in hand and could have bought products from him for years to come.
