When we decided to expand our 12’ x 16’ deck out and to the sides, we began calling around for estimates. We heard from the son of one of our neighbors about a guy who did his deck, who was reasonable and ethical. We contact Northwest Custom Deck and set an appointment with him within the week. Chris, the owner, met with us and thoroughly discussed what we wanted and how he worked, giving us realistic ideas of what to expect and a very reasonable quote compared with others we’d obtained. Oh my gosh, I could not be happier with this company. From start to finish Chris and his incredible staff have eased my (easily anxious) mind and produced a fantastic beautiful deck for my family. Every question I asked or concern I expressed was immediately addressed by this company and like stated earlier, they eased my mind. Best bid, best crew, best product, best job. Highly recommend. I will definitely use this company for future projects.
Thanks to Chris Bullock and his team, Chris and Spencer, we have a fantastic deck. As soon as the existing deck was removed, they realized they would have to make adjustments in order to secure the deck to our house. We appreciated that they addressed the issue before they moved on. The substructure which is now hidden by the skirt around the deck is just as impressive as what's on top. Chris was great from top to bottom he answered all her questions was very thorough gave us great advice for practical as well as long-term use of our outdoor living areas we love the finished product he was on time courteous and always responsive we will use him and then recommend anybody use him in the future!
