I contacted NW Crawlspace after hearing about them on the radio. I knew I had water invasion problems and possibly a rodent issue. Niko came out right away after I contacted them. He did a complete inspection and took pictures with his phone. He confirmed that I had raccoons living under the house and he noted the past water problems. Northwest Crawl space renovated my crawl space after rodent damage. They removed the insulation, disinfected, closed off all entries that allowed the rodents inside, and hung new insulation all in 1 day. They guarantee their work for a year...traps were set just in case. My entry to the crawl space is inside our house so they setup a tunnel made of plastic to keep the dust/ dirt contained. Northwest Crawl Space was a great company to work with. They let me know their timeline and kept in contact with me about the project. They also did a great job of following up with pictures when the job was complete. I would highly recommend them to clean and repair your crawl space.

Replaced insulation, new vapor barrier, secured and bolstered any rodent entry points, air sealing, duct sealing, and saved money on rebates! I appreciate the hard work of all those involved and Jeffrey William for the initial assessment and the extra follow up and making doubly sure the necessary updates were made to prevent rodent infestation.
