Very kind and responsive. I had work done in the crawlspace because we were getting water down there. Now its dry and cleaned up. They're not going to sell you what you don't need. Best people to work with.

I did not get work done with them because unfortunately they do not work on basements. But Stephanie sat on the phone with me for almost an hour explaining what to do and companies she recommends. She really went above and beyond even considering I would not be able to do business with them.

I would highly recommend Northwest Crawl Space Repair for your repairs and/or renovations. They were great with communications and followed Through with timeframes and contract obligations. There was no high pressure sales and I felt comfortable hiring them. They hand dug trenches in my crawlspace and ran perimeter tile into two new sump pits. They HEPA vacuumed the entire crawl and sprayed all wood and cleaned all the debris out. They encapsulated the entire floor and walls and spray foamed the box sills. I joke with my fam... read more

Northwest crawlspace did a fantastic job on my crawl space. they encapsulation, and also installed a dehumidifier. Thank you Mike and Stephanie, plus the crew for doing a great job. I added lights in the crawl space to check on the dehumidifier filter when necessary.
