Michael was very responsive and professional. We needed some work on our crawl space. I felt his quote was reasonable and he was honest about what was needed to be done immediately and what could wait. Also his wife Stephanie was very nice on the phone and kept us informed about the work.

Our long neglected crawlspace was in need of much love. In addition to mold mitigation, structural issues and encapsulation needed to be addressed. Northwest Crawlspace Repair was up to the task. We just had Northwest Crawl Space Repair encapsulate our crawlspace and the team did a fantastic job! Great communication, respectful of our home and time. Our crawlspace wasn't horrible before but I would be comfortable having surgery in there now. They remediated the mold and installed a dehumidifier after some insulation and encapsulation.
