Just moved into a home I bought in January of this year. Didn't know to much about crawl spaces but knew enough that my home needed some work. Called Northwest Crawl Space Repair . Micheal came out for the inspection and was really great. Found leaking plumbing that the inspector missed. He educated me on all the aspects of crawl spaces. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY REASONABLE PRICE. OUR BACK-ROOM FLOOR CAVED IN AND THEY FIXED IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
Did a lot of structural repair, laid out vapor barrier, dug for interior drainage around foundation and installed sump pump. Answered all my questions and concerns. Gave free estimate, honest, knowledgeable and no sales pressure. Big investment, but don’t waste your money with everdry or other dishonest companies who use shortcuts and don’t solve the problem.
