they don't return calls, answer the phone rarely. can't see new patients for at least 3-4 weeks.
No transparency on what you will get charged if you miss an appointment, they just act like a crook and take your money. Was also rude about it like they didn’t care
My son sees Dr. Hiddle and she is fantastic. I love her engagement with my son as well as her nature to include him in the conversation. We have been using her for over a year now and have never had a problem with getting his medicine sent in. We even have had problems with the pharmacy being out and she would have to send a whole new prescription in to a different pharmacy. She was so responsive and took care of it that day.
