My daughter was admitted to St Charles for an infection. She refused care. Even tho she was on call. Very poor service!

At age nineteen I had a bilateral breast reduction with Dr. Nelson. My experience was amazing! I was given special attention at every appointment by Dr. Nelson and Sarah and everyone at Northwest Cosmetic Surgery. Recovery went smoothly and every question I had was answered thoughtfully! I have no regrets, the results are perfect and everything I’d envisioned. After years of pain I now feel beautiful and fit comfortably in a c cup bra.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Nelson for quite awhile now. She, as well as the entire staff are so great. Dr. Nelson takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have thoroughly, I’ve never felt rushed. I trust her expertise.
