AT COPERNICUS SENIOR CENTER EMPLOYEES AND SECURITY GUARD DANIELLE EAT AND STEAL SENIOR FOOD, THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT, THEY ALSO PERMIT THE CLEANING GUY ARMANDO HANDLE FOOD AFTER WASHING TOILETS, DISGUSTING, AND MARY BLUME (MANAGER) DON'T CARE ABOUT COMPLAINTS, CITY OF CHICAGO SUPERVISORS SHOULD FIX THAT AND FIRE THEM, THEY WASTE TAXPAYERS MONEY, THE "ASSISTANT MANAGER" ALEXIS IS ALWAYS LATE, CLUELESS AND LAZY.

I cannot believe how the staff disregarded the public. When an auditor of (We the People of the United States) walks in being very polite and tries to educate you on FOIA and every single employee OF THE PUBLIC makes lie after lie to police and escalated things, makes threats of bodily harm, security commiting assault. This was the worst behavior I have ever seen of a PUBLIC body. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and the Meer or Amir Indian man should be fired along with that female security guard. After waiting for an hour and forty five minutes I go and ask how long before my turn because there is no one else there and they tell me I shouldn't of just signed in and sat down I was supposed to tell them what I was there for. When I arrived I asked where to sign and so I did and then I sat down to wait my turn like anywhere else. They are just rude in the front desk.
