How can I find my purchases from you?
Best water tanks for your van build needs! I have ordered two tanks now from Northwest Conversions and super happy with their products, customer service, and shipping speed. Ordered a tank on a Wednesday night. It shipped out FedEx Thursday morning, and arrived at my house around noon on Sunday - wow! I’m not a pro builder or anything, just a DIY guy so I was super thankful Tyler took the time to patiently answer all of my tank installation questions.
I left a review on their website and the owner deleted it, they only keep the good reviews up on their website and delete the bad ones is what it looks like. The owner was not nice or understanding over the phone both before and after the order. I ordered the 33 gallon water tank, which for a ford transit it takes up more space than saves it as the gap is about 5” x 3” not “slightly smaller” as said online. For a ford transit van the van wheel wells are not* “slightly smaller” as indicated in the description. The gap is about 5” x 3” which overall uses up more space than saves it. The owner was not nice or understanding over the phone both before and after the order. I ordered the 33 gallon water tank.
Bought a tank years ago and didn’t go to install till recently. Had a factory defect with a small leak on a fitting. They walked me through on how to try to fix. When that didn’t work they sent me a new replacement for the tank. Works great. Awesome customer service, would definitely purchase from them again.
