They never answer their phone, it is always a call back which makes doing business very difficult. I was lied to about fees they collect, I had proof of the real charge after calling the escrow company. I was also charged a fee to produce a payoff amount, that I was never told about. Apparently they only post fees on the web site, honestly after 4 years I did not know they had a web site. Rude phone service, never answers when you call, they will call you back though. Also, they will pull payments a day before they are due and then punish the account holder with a 45$"late" fee if it doesnt go through + an extra 25$ to run it on ACH when you call to solve the issue and makes it SUPER complex to just pay the bill. They make you do money order or cashiers check to pay after threatening you..., even bank was like "these guys seem like a scam"
