Rude phone service, never answers when you call, they will call you back though. Also, they will pull payments a day before they are due and then punish the account holder with a 45$"late" fee if it doesnt go through + an extra 25$ to run it on ACH when you call to solve the issue and makes it SUPER complex to just pay the bill. They make you do money order or cashiers check to pay after threatening you..., even bank was like "these guys seem like a scam"
