IT support/repairs and customer service are Great! – Good tech support and trouble shooting over the phone. On-site service techs are knowledgable, problems solved quickly.
worst support ever, they damaged my computer, admitted it, then refused to fix it! – This place was my worst tech support experience EVER. They screwed up my laptop twice and broke all kinds of procedures and regulations, including forging my own handwriting where I should have written the problem description on the repair orders! Stay away from this place!!!
