I used to have a very positive experience with this insurance agent—he was prompt, attentive, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, over the past year, the level of service has declined significantly. Responses to emails now take over a week, if they come at all. Communication is inconsistent, and there seems to be a lack of attention to important details. We worked with Scott for several years as our business insurance representative. While communication was initially strong and he was quick to sign us up for new policies, but there was a clear lack of guidance and attention to properly protecting our company. Unfortunately, this left us significantly underinsured and exposed. When a lawsuit was filed against us, the gaps in coverage ended up costing us upward of $100,000 and years of unnecessary stress.
