This so called Dr ran tests when I was not even in northwest community hospital. He committed fraud with the insurance company like a moron in my name.He angered the wrong google reviewer and a High Occultist who was never even x-rayed by her but was billed to the insurance company in a false claim. He should be arrested!!!!
