Billed to my husband and never correct, which cause confusion on claiming to insurance. Called several times but customer service wasn't nice. Also kept calling for payment but they don't correct billing on their end first.
I’m in this hospital right now and I really just want them to help me and let me go. I will not be coming back to here.
I have been in severe pain for 5 days, tempature going up and down non stop, my head throbbing, body weak and since they couldnt find anything, they sent me home and told me take ibuprofen... there is something seriously wrong with my body and that is not a dam solution.. I will never trust these so called doctors again.. Thank god im moving back to Boston where doctors actually do their job.
I have mixed experience with this ER, but have to admit at this point it's mostly positive. Our first encounter here was great- years ago one of my sons fell and needed stitches and the experience was wonderful- they got him in immediately, stitched him up, and all staff and on-call doctors were wonderful. The second experience left me seriously scared of them- I'd called an ambulance as my husband was completely numb on one side. I wouldn’t take a gold fish here! Save your loved ones and go somewhere else! My mom was taken over by ambulance today and was in IMMENSE pain for various medical conditions! They did a CT scan, blood work and urinalysis. Dr John Sarwark listened to her heart and that was it. Didn’t bother to touch her and do an exam on her. Ignored all of my mom’s complaints about her being in pain. All he said was CT came back clean and wrote her a back to work note to return tomorrow when literally NOTHING was done and she’s clearly in im... read more
