Not only are the doctors bad, the emergency dependent is even worse! I sat in a lot of people for almost TWO hours. It wasn't until I threatened to go to another ER did they actually do something. Stay away from Dr Paik at all costs. I had a ureteroscopy today and the pain afterwards has been severe. I called him and was completely dismissed. I was billed $ 1428.00 for an E.R. visit that the MD didnt treatvme at all and I didnt get a bed...Northwest Community Hosp E.R. made me sit 6.5 hours before taking me back to a bed to be seen by an E.R. MD..I was met right by ER physician who said that he couldnt treat me for Utreated Hypothroidism symptoms..which feeling like I was going to faint which is why I went to ER. ..
