If I could leave a negative -5 I would. This was by far the most worthless and NOT helpful experience I have every had at a hospital. I was traveling for work and happend to be in the area, while experiencing what was likely the symptoms of stroke. I sat with my 85 year old mother in the ER waiting room, in a chair, for MORE THAN EIGHT HOURS and still didnt see a doctor!! And it was as cold as a freezer. And they couldn't draw blood; took 4 attempts. Worst experience with a hospital we ever had at a hospital. We would have been better off driving farther to another hospital. Horrible experience!
Billed to my husband and never correct, which cause confusion on claiming to insurance. Called several times but customer service wasn't nice. Also kept calling for payment but they don't correct billing on their end first.
I’m in this hospital right now and I really just want them to help me and let me go. I will not be coming back to here.
