I had never been to urgent care before. I was in a tremendous amount of pain on a Friday night, so seeing my regular doctor wasn’t an option. A friend suggested trying urgent care. I first went to the closest location, but they couldn’t get me in for a couple of hours. I didn’t even realize urgent care offered appointments. Greetings to you all: Let’s face it, no one wants to be ill. However, if you are sick, you want to receive high-quality care expeditiously. i got physically restrained for rocking back and forth. i was not harming myself. this then escalated to the point where i was mechanically restrained. for days i was not allowed to talk to anyone and would be scolded if i spoke to anyone, and other kids there who spoke to me would be told to stop. i was kept in my room for 20 hours out of the day the staff are mostly rude and unsympathetic. when i would have struggles the staff would talk about me like i wasnt even there. but hey at least the food was okay

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was in and out of the inpatient unit fifteen years ago, when I was just twelve years old, for severe depression and attempting to take my life. The staff was horrific and completely unprofessional. It seems like they were on a power trip. They didn’t care about the kids or helping them, they cared about whether the kids would blindly follow whatever orders they gave. Dr. Joseph Raviv is a dangerous, incompetent, corrupt criminal that performs unnecessary surgeries on patients for additional insurance money. I visited him on July 24th, 2014, and all I needed was endoscopic sinus surgery (where the surgeon widens the sinus passages to create better drainage). However, when I was sedated, he threw in an unnecessary septoplasty that essentially cut off airflow on the right side of my nasal airway.
