My first experience at NCH Day Surgery was back in 2020 and my experience with the staff was all fantastic. Had another surgery recently that was more involved (including a nerve block and both feet). From pre-op to post-op the entire staff that I encountered were AMAZING, I cannot say enough great things. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Tessa Churchill and the entire team at NCH Day Surgery. From the very beginning, everyone was fully on board and incredibly supportive during our special needs daughter’s surgery. They took their time to make sure her anxiety stayed low and treated her with such patience, kindness, and understanding. Went in for an angiogram, which became an angioplasty, where they cleared a blockage in one of my arteries. The facility is getting old, but it is clean, and has state of the art equipment. The surgeon was professional and courteous. The nurses, except for one, were nice and attentive. Everyone seemed concerned about my comfort and safety; before, during, and after my procedure. I recommend NCH for all of your medical needs. Well, if you live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
