Horrible, During a phone conversation with the receptionist, I inquired about the possibility of scheduling a follow-up appointment to obtain a doctor's note. The receptionist confirmed the availability and proceeded to schedule the appointment. However, on the day of the scheduled appointment, I received a phone call while in the clinic's parking lot, which I was unable to answer due to my arrival at the clinic. I normally do not write many reviews, but the help and attention that I received from a young man at registration were so great that I felt the need to review the hospital staff. My appointment was canceled without any notification due to a missed communication from my doctor’s office. I was extremely frustrated having to reschedule my MRI for the third time!
