CANNOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS After scheduling a simple physical and blood screening appointment over TWO MONTHS in advance, they proceeded to cancel on me TWICE with no more than a day's notice each time. This office is supposed to have a prestigious designation from Blue Cross Blue Shield which is why I selected them, but throughout the process I failed to see why they deserved that honor if they are turning away new patients this way. Expect that they will cancel or try to reschedule your appointments.
