Today I came to do my baby 6 months vaccine. After waiting 30 minutes without the nurse calling me baby. I went to the reception and they stated if you did not come and tell us we would not know that no one called you yet. After that the nurse called us and she stated “ my daughter called me and told me something important!!!!” Is that even legal?! What kind of service and respect is this?! So unfair and not professional act. Terrible experience
Whenever I visit Northwest Community Health Center, I always leave as a satisfied and happy person. The quality of the services rendered here are very high and the staff are always warm, willing and helpful.

The nurse was very impatient and having no empathy. She asked me to leave right away with so much stuff on my hand. Second time visiting, a different nurse but still very bad. She cannot stay calm and professional under the stress. Both of them are having bad mood during work and no patience with newcomers. Very bad attitude and no respect towards new moms.
