very rude manager, who refused to open an account for me and won't tell me the reason or provide a form for the adverse action. this bank is full of liars. don't bank here.
Applied for a zero interest balance transfer credit card offer from a mailer - by the time I jumped through all the hoops and actually got the credit card, I was told the zero interest offer was expired and I’d be paying a higher % if I transferred the balance instead - a classic bait and switch.
