I have had a terrible experience With northwest community credit union. I applied for 1 credit card with them , then they sent me 2 in the mail. It’s now showing up on my credit report and affecting my credit. They have said they were gonna take care of it multiple times but it has been 6+ months and nothing has been done. When I try to go into the branch for assistance and to get this resolved they give me the run around and say they will have the manager contact me and they never do. Terrible customer service. Samantha said she'd call us and she never did, we called twice and she never returned those messages. We usually do business with OCCU but since most of our money comes in and out of nwcc we decided to do business with them, mistake. We're bailing on NWCC. ✌🏼
