This bank has gone so far down hill. They have hidden fees everywhere. This is not a bank for the people anymore. They used to be amazing before they changed to Peak. Don't wait your time of money at this place!
Not very happy with this credit union since I got my truck loan through them. They had unexpected charges for the savings account that they didn't tell us about. They charge for EVERYTHING, and now that they have partnered with a bank from Washington, they've gotten worse...once I get my truck loan paid off, or get to a point where I can refinance with another bank, I'm going to jump at it.
I love banking with Peak, always been issue with ATM not working lately, atm is constantly down..
They are very attentive and personable. Courteous and efficient. You are greeted with a warm smile.
