Terrible customer service. Samantha said she'd call us and she never did, we called twice and she never returned those messages. We usually do business with OCCU but since most of our money comes in and out of nwcc we decided to do business with them, mistake. We're bailing on NWCC. ✌🏼
We absolutely love it here. It's been a bit of a challenge since the merge but my husband has been with them for 40 yrs and me 22 yrs.
