Terrible customer service. Samantha said she'd call us and she never did, we called twice and she never returned those messages. We usually do business with OCCU but since most of our money comes in and out of nwcc we decided to do business with them, mistake. We're bailing on NWCC. ✌🏼
We absolutely love it here. It's been a bit of a challenge since the merge but my husband has been with them for 40 yrs and me 22 yrs.
Been a member for 20 years. Employees are great. They merged and sold out to a larger company. I fully expect nothing but negative effects. Already closed the Main Street branch on saturdays. Which is always packed. Almost worth switching banks to selco who is open across the street on saturdays. Not everyone has time to go to bank during weekdays. Gateway is far away. Big corporations suck. Sad to see the smaller banks fall
In person I've always had a good experience, friendly and usually fast service. Never had any issues with them. Over the phone is another story...long wait times to get help😑
