Lower rates but not great service We have had an account at NW Community Credit Union for over 20 years. We maintain the account because of the free interest bearing checking. There service is just mediocre. When you call you do not go directly to a branch but to a call center and it takes them forever to fix any problem. Further, their website is often not working correctly. Frustrating when you are trying to use the online banking and you can't even get in to your account!
