Great customer service.Car came out as good as new, Went beyond by including head light restore for no extra charge,
I had an issue with a car door that would not close and was able to get technician Jeff to fix it for me. The service was great I hope I never get in an accident but if I do I would give Northwest Collision call!
Overly exceptional customer service. After getting into a car accident this month, it only took 2 days total for repairs and a seamingless process of handling rentals and claims with the at fault party's insurance.
