Absolutely fantastic business that truly cares for its customers. I had a small trunk latching issue I couldn’t figure out and Jeff assisted me immediately and took care of the issue quickly. I am super grateful for to this business and Jeff who was able to get back out on the road right away before I went to the tri-cities.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very positive and Courteous. They took care of all my needs.
Jeff was so generous and compassionate! I'm dropping off my son for college and the front bumper started falling off. Though the schedule was booked, Jeff said come on by and he'd take a look. Evidently this damage was patched together over 4 years ago, before I bought it, but had come loose. He'd said he'd get it on order so I could have peace of mind while headed home.
