After hitting a deer, I got my repairs done at NW Collision, and the extra star they are receiving is solely due to the fact that the repairs they completed were sound and timely. However, after getting my keys once repairs were completed I found that they had damaged my steering wheel (cuts and gouges all along one side of it). I informed the receptionist (wonderful lady) who told me I was picking up at the end of their day and suggested I come back tomorrow to talk with a tech. Great customer service.Car came out as good as new, Went beyond by including head light restore for no extra charge,
I had an issue with a car door that would not close and was able to get technician Jeff to fix it for me. The service was great I hope I never get in an accident but if I do I would give Northwest Collision call!
Overly exceptional customer service. After getting into a car accident this month, it only took 2 days total for repairs and a seamingless process of handling rentals and claims with the at fault party's insurance.
