They did a excellent job of repairing all the we damage, the repair time was very fast, with constant updates with the progress of the repairs, and a very friendly office staff.
They stood behind the work they did on our Highlander. We’re more than happy with the repairs they made. Dealing with the insurance was easy. The shop did most of the talking and that was great! I 100% recommend Northwest Collision in Aberdeen Washington. The ladies that are in the office are very helpful & knowledgeable this is the only repair shop we’ll be going to.
