We have used Northwest Collision on three separate jobs. All were completed as promised and the work is excellent. They also helped negotiate the insurance claim. Great service. Great work. Friendly and very helpful.
Northwest Collision did a great job communicating with the insurance company so I didn't have to. The repairs are great as well, and fabulous customer service also. Definitely the best in Grays Harbor.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. The best staff, who do the best work. Not only were they accommodating, they were reassuring and communicative throughout the whole process. After another local company screwed my car up, Northwest Collision fixed her up brand new! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else after this.
