I went there for blood work today and it went quick. Little to no wait. Check in was easy and the lady at the desk was friendly. Afterwards I waited maybe less than 5 min then I got called. The lady who did my lab work was friendly as well and quick with the process. Overall 10/10
I believe her name was Noreen at the front desk. We needed an ultrasound, but she kept asking irrelevant questions loudly in front of others that should be HIPAA protected. None of the questions were relevant. They should be fired.
The woman at the front desk asked what I needed. I told her I’d received a voicemail in the morning asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment and, because of that, I wanted to make sure my appointment was still on (as scheduled). She immediately snapped that they don’t leave voicemails here. Her coworker came around and asked what was going on.
