Totally delighted with my new log burner that Northwest Chimney installed. The team were fantastic & really helpful informing me fully with what they were doing. And given excellent advice with using it and looking after it. They also corrected an old burner in another room which had been installed incorrectly. When they had finished everything was left immaculate and I had nothing to do .. Perfect service and I would recommend them for the excellent work, honest to a fault .. What more can I say !
Northwest Chimney Services installed my wood burning stove and did a brilliant job! They were friendly and competent throughout the process, advising me on the options available, and concentrating on ensuring that we chose installation options that were right for us, and not simply the most profitable option for them.
