Unreliable. Would set up a time, then either not bother to call to cancel or just not show up. And this happened many times over a period of time. Had many different excuses. Did not use and would not recommend to anyone.
This company apparently uses a solicitation service that tries to get new jobs using the telephone. They call multiple times a day every day of the week. I have told them I am not interested every time. I've asked to be taken off their calling list. They have ignored my requests and keep calling. I consider it harassment and stalking at this point. I will never consider using this company and will tell other people why not.
Came out to our office and serviced our buildings heating systems chimney. Inspected the flue and made necessary repairs to keep everyone safe. Highly recommend NWCS.
