I called fully into the season and assumed I’d have to wait months for our wood stove to be cleaned. I immediately received a text back asking what I needed help with, and they were able to schedule me the same week! Quintin showed up promptly at the exact appointment time. He was quick and clean, considering how dirty the job is. Knowledgeable and friendly and was done in no time. Will be using exclusively for our cleanings from now on!

Quintin was honest and asked a lot of questions to find out why we were experiencing “campfire” smell inside the house. He was honest and did not try to up-sell me on services that were not needed. We will be using NWChimney in the future. He also was considerate and asked if he needed to remove his boots before coming in the house. Thank you!
