My daughter had a voicemail to bring her twins in today for their appts. We packed everybody up (including a 3 year old) and went to the appt to be told it was not today, but on Friday. The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful or even empathetic to our situation. And my daughter asked for masks when we walked in and were not given one.
Staff was very nice, fast, and helpful. Easy to understand and they even went out of their way so that we could get a 24hr heart monitor in the same day rather than having to wait a month for one

The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick to get pre-authoriztion for procedure we needed the day we visited. We were able to get an appointment right away with no delay. Communication from the office was timely.
