After three years my knee needed some additional attention. Dr Lewis asked me to come in for more platelets. That procedure was completed about two months ago-my best way to tell you how it worked: I went from not being able to walk Costco to walking Butchart Gardens-52 acres. I am just 3 weeks out after my SCP procedure/injections, so the results are not yet in....BUT, couple of things: Amazing staff, Amazing Doc (Dr. Lewis)- so kind and eager to heal you. Regenerative Medicine is starting to become more mainstream, thank goodness. My treatment included extensive blood work, and while my numbers were not horribe- Dr. Lewis felt like my symptoms were indicitive of a hormone imbalance. I can’t say enough good things about SCP Injection! The team is not only welcoming and kind, but they also go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. I am 8 weeks post procedure today and my knee and shoulder feel marked improvement. Knee is bone on bone with limited meniscus and it feels 100% better. I've started playing in my senior softball league again a week ago and there has been no swelling and only slight discomfort as compared to what it used to do to me.
