The amazing staff really help and are very hands on in your mental health journey
They have provided fantastic care for my children
I went here a couple of months ago to get some help. I was struggling massively with anxiety and depression. I am also autistic. The psychiatrist upped my dose on two of my medications, plus kept me on a antipsychotic that I did NOT need to be on. I ended up having tics, tremors, and even seizures. None of them, including the psychiatrist, knew the difference between a Emotional Support Animal and a Psychiatric Service Dog. Please go look elsewhere for help. This is DEFINITELY NOT a place I recommend.
NW behavioral center genuinely shows a desire to help its community. The staff makes themselves available in very practical ways without judgement making it easier to ask for help that we may not always feel comfortable asking for.
After a lifelong struggle to find care, I found myself walking into this building in serious need of comprehensive healthcare that suited my needs. To my amazement, I was welcomed with immediate and open arms. What a blessing it is that they have a vested interest in my health and well-being and have already gone above and beyond to get me right and right away.
