Company refuses to offer warranty service. Will not provide a copy of the warranty and will not even come inspect the fence. They know it was a terrible installation and that there is work to do, so they are refusing to even return calls. Worst company on earth. These people are absolute SCAMMERS.

Only company to use for fence...great work, beautiful fence, neat ,on time,reasonable.. Great office staff Gina, a treasure to company all questions answered.... If you need a fence don't hesitate to call them Jake was my salesman he won't do you wrong !!!!

Had a fence installed and I am totally satisfied with the product. From the initial sales presentation to the install of a good quality product. Good not be more pleased.

Wow...wish I would have checked the BBB rating (F) on them before hiring for a fence. They use good materials, but installation is far from expert, far from what was promised, and far from the price point they charge. The salesmen, Tim, said all of the holes would be dug, cemented, and covered in soil such that grass would grown right up against the fence. Here is a brief summary of my experience in purchasing a fence from Northwest Cedar Products. Their salesman omitted important information while trying to get me to sign their agreement. I offered him a plot survey and was told they did not need it. When I called scheduling for an installation date (I had to call them) they told me they needed a plot survey of my property. Terrible company to deal with!!! Fence is ok but workers put 3 posts through our underground sprinkler after I told 3 people that we had one!! They didn't bother to tell us!! Tried dealing with office but just snippy and not our fault to bad response!! Sending message to BB and Facebook. It's to bad because we need a much bigger fence since we are moving and we most DEFINITELY will NOT call Northwest Cedar!!
