Ronnie at the chehalis location went above and beyond to get our carpet clean and I can say it’s the cleanest it’s ever been! He was professional and polite! Extremely pleased! Thanks Ronnie! I’ll be requesting you next time!
Very unprofessional. Had an appointment at 12 on 6/12/25. Called me at 12.20 to say they can't make it.
They did an excellent job in cleaning my ducts and my furnace. They were polite, courteous, and on time. They took precautions to not damage any woodwork or walls. I would use them again.
Kyle and Noah came to clean the ducts of our central vacuum system yesterday. They had never done this before but were willing to give it a try.....and they were successful!! We are so please with the service we received and highly recommend them for any duct cleaning needs.

I’ve used Northwest Carpet Cleaning once and tried to again since moving to Lewis County, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. On 2/7/2022, they charged me $275 for cleaning a family room (media room) and 4 bedrooms, plus $40 to deodorize two rooms due to our golden retrievers.
