Carl was so nice and very professional. He was able to clean the stains and make the carpet look almost new.
Northwest Carpet Cleaners did an outstanding job! They picked up and dropped off two 5x7 area rugs with incredible speed and convenience. The team was fast, friendly, and professional, and the rugs came back looking fantastic—fresh, clean, and like new. I regret not taking a before picture to compare, but honestly, I can’t remember the last time my carpets looked this good. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality rug or carpet cleaning!
Northwest Carpet Cleaners really gives you the red carpet treatment! they were very respectful of my home and protected the hard flooring with rugs and the corners with protectors! pricing was upfront and no bait and switch added fees after they get into your house. if you’re in their service area don’t bother calling anyone else. they’re a family owned business and treat your home like theirs! 100/10
