AWESOME!!! Thank YOU!! I called this company because they have been in business for 23 years and now I know why. Last year I had chem dry out and they were ridiculously expensive and the carpet looked filthy again in 5 days or so (it actually never felt really clean but most of the stains came back in a day or two). So after Christmas I tried Heavens Best which turned out to be just like chem dry and the results were even worse.
