This review is written to warn other car haulers, owner-operators, and truck drivers. I understand that this repair required custom fabrication, and the work itself was completed. However, the overall pricing and handling of the situation were unacceptable. I was told that the required part was not available anywhere locally, and that ordering it would take at least two days. Yall I got delt a really bad hand by another shop and had to put my truck into another shop. Northwest truck had to go threw what the other guy did and fix alot of crappie work. Jeremiah and his team is top notch, down to earth and straight forward. Thank you so much for your hard work and honesty.
