This review is written to warn other car haulers, owner-operators, and truck drivers. I understand that this repair required custom fabrication, and the work itself was completed. However, the overall pricing and handling of the situation were unacceptable. I was told that the required part was not available anywhere locally, and that ordering it would take at least two days. The owner Jeremiah is a great person and very knowledgeable of the work that can be performed. He shows high professionalism and communicates the process that needs performed with the customer so they are aware of what is to be expected. Trustworthiness and quality is always the expectation that everyone receives when visiting his shop for repairs.
