My father is a patient there. Needed to call about results of a very important cat scan in his heart. It's been over a week & nothing! Their number asks you to leave a message & your phone call will be returned within 1 business day. Well it's been since Friday, November 20th - 2 messages later & no return call!!! It's his heart for goodness sake!!! #notimpressed
