Very Very unprofessional.. my appointmet was scheduled for 8.45 am, called the clinic at 8.30 am twice to inform running late due to traffic calls not answered. Received call at at 8.50 to check where was myself and i said 5 min away.. lol they rescheduled it advising i was late.. when i informed that i called twice to inform that i was running late at 8.30 the calls were not asnwered the receptionist informed the calls are on from 9.00 am so the calls cannot be answered at 8.30 eventhough i was booked to see the dotor at 8.... read more
