Gus is trustworthy and provides expertise at a fair price. He also took the time to find a replacement lens on Ebay and send me the link. Highly recommend taking your camera to Gus to see if he can repair before buying a new camera.

Sent a 90mm Large format lense to Northwest 2 years ago, fpr repair. I have tried to contact numerous times with out a response. Still do not know where my lense is at. I understand that these lenses have issues with parts and can take time. don't understand them not communicating with me. I wrote them 2 weeks ago that i will be writing a negative review if they didn't let me know what was happening. Still no response. I believe 2 years is plenty of time to make it right. I have to give them -10 out of 10 for service.

Exceptional service. My camera and lens were cleaned and felt brand new within 45 minutes. I highly recommend Northwest Camera & Video Repair. The drive up north is very worth it.
