Cold place I am shivering. Rude staff either it's their way or highway. Doctors can't give you meds if your out of province although Canadian citizen. One doctor told me we are not McDonald's and some nurses refused to give me extra blanket.

Everybody is so helpful caring and friendly this I'd not a one day observation but a whole year that I am a patient there
